Abstract

В статье рассматриваются и анализируются отдельные элементы системы правовых средств обеспечения безопасности и качества социально необходимых товаров. Учитывая, что критерии качества товаров могут быть установлены как на государственном, так и на договорном уровне, а критерии безопасности устанавливаются только государством, пристальное внимание уделено именно публично-правовым средствам

In article separate elements of system of legal means of ensuring of safety and quality of socially necessary goods are considered and analyzed. Considering that criteria of quality of goods can be established both on state and at contractual level, and criterion of safety are established only by the state, the close attention is paid to public means.
