Abstract

The authors of the article considers the issues concerning the essence of the police activities, creation and functioning of the police authorities in the Russian Empire being under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the XIX early XX century.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся сущности полицейской деятельности, создания и функционирования полицейских органов в Российской империи, находившихся в XIX - начале XX вв. в ведении Министерства внутренних дел.
