Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the regulatory function of the law, the definition of law as distinct from other kinds of social and cultural regulation. Presents various theories dealing with the relationship of morality and law.

В статье представлен анализ регулятивной функции права, определение права в отличие от других видов социокультурных регуляций. Представлены различные теории, рассматривающие соотношение морали и права.
