Влияние различной влажности компонентов синтетической среды для разбавления спермы и сроков её хранения на показатели воспроизводства свиноматок

Abstract

The practice of artificial insemination in the Russian Federation applies patriotic glucose-chelate-citrate-sulphate millieu. It is used for dilution and storage of millieus at the temperature of +16-20 oC. Millieu, stored in the form of dry blanks should ensure the biological value of sperms throughout the permitted period of storage, but all components of the millieu has absorbability in varying degrees and during the storage both physical and biological indicators vary. In particular, in glucose-chelate-citrate-sulphate millieu during long-term storage there are processes that have negative impact on the biological indicators of sperm. Therefore, the aim of the investigations was to study the qualitative indicators of semen of boars and reproductive indicators of sows with insemination by sperm of boars, diluted by millieus with varying degrees of humidity components and different terms of its storage. Studies were conducted on 2-groups sows, which were spermatized by semen of boars diluted by standard glucose-chelate-citrate-sulfate millieu and the millieu, the components of which had been dried in lyophilic dryer. It is established that after 6 and 12 months of storage of dry blanks millieus indicators of semen of boars differ in the control and experimental groups. In the control group after 6 and especially after 12 months of storage of dry blanks millieus indicators of the survival of sperm have worsened. A similar pattern is observed during the insemination of sows. In the control group fertility is below by 13.3% in 6 months and 30.0% in 12 months of storage of dry blanks millieus. Therefore, we recommend to prepare dry blanks millieus use components, dried with the help of lyophilic drier.

В статье рассмотрен вопрос влияния влажности компонентов на процессы, происходящие в сухих заготовках сред при их длительном хранении, а также влиянии этих процессов на показатели качества спермы и воспроизводства свиноматок.
