Определение гидроксикоричных кислот в антиаллергическом сборе методом ВЭЖХ

Abstract

Определены гидроксикоричные кислоты в сборе лекарственных растений с антиаллергической активностью, его ингредиентах и отваре сбора методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) с УФ детектированием. Установлено, что сбор антиаллергический в наибольшем количестве содержит розмариновую кислоту — 0,18 %

Hydroxycinnamic acid in antiallergenic herbs tea and its ingredients are defined by method of a highly effective liquid chromatography (HELC) with UV. It is established that the antiallergenic tea contains rosemary acid in the greatest amount — 0,18%.
