Abstract

Эта статья посвящена изучению основных теорий местного самоуправления и их преломлению на российское политическое поле муниципальной реформы. Основной целью данной публикации является изучение политологических аспектов основных теорий местного самоуправления.

This paper studies the main theories of local government and their refraction on the Russian political field of municipal reform. The main objective of this publication is an examination of politological aspects of the main theories of local government.
