Влияние вспомогательных веществ на высвобождаемость дилтиазема из ректальных суппозиториев

Abstract

Проведены исследования влияния вида основы-носителя и поверхностно-активных веществ на высвобождаемость дилтиазема из ректальных суппозиториев. Установлено, что вид основы-носителя и вид поверхностно-активных веществ оказывают значимое влияние на высвобождение дилтиазема из ректальных суппозиториев. Выявлено, что наибольшее влияние на высвобождение дилтиазема из суппозиториев ректальных оказывает вид поверхностно-активных веществ. Дисперсионный анализ результатов исследований показал, что оптимальное высвобождение дилтиазема из суппозиториев ректальных обеспечивает композиция заводской жировой основы и и моноглицеридов дистиллированных.
