
Представлена клинико-эпидемиологическая характеристика энтеровирусных инфекций в Краснодарском крае. Продемонстрирован пейзаж энтеровирусов, выделенных из внешней среды некоторых территорий региона и из биологического материала больных различными заболеваниями. Охарактеризованы клинические особенности течения энтеровирусных менингитов. Установлено, что наиболее часто передача энтеровирусов осуществляется контактным путем. Клинической проблемой неполиомиелитных энтеровирусных заболеваний является отсутствие патогномоничных симптомов и настороженности врачей различных специальностей в отношении диагностики данной инфекции.
The clinical-epidemiological characteristic nonpoliomyelitis enteroviruses infections in Krasnodar territory is presented. The landscape enteroviruses, some territories of region allocated from an environment and from a biological material sick is shown by various diseases. Clinical features of current enteroviruses meningitises are characterized. It is established, that most often transfer enteroviruses is carried out contact by. A clinical problem nonpoliomyelitis enteroviruses diseases is absence pathognomonic symptoms and vigilance of doctors of various specialities concerning diagnostics of the given infection.
