К ВОПРОСУ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРТИФИКАЦИИ КАК ФУНКЦИИ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the complex research problems of environmental certification. By the analysis of scientific literature and legal dictionary the concept and characteristics of environmental certification have been defined. The concept of environmental certification to consolidate on the legislative level has been proposed, through the enactment of law about environmental certification. Has been emphasized that the introduction of environmental certification meets the requirements of the international community, the consumer needs to obtain harmless products for his health and promote environmental protection.

Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию проблем экологической сертификации. На основе анализа научной литературы и юридических словарей определено понятие и характерные особенности экологической сертификации. Предложено закрепить на законодательном уровне понятие экологической сертификации, путем принятия Закона об экологической сертификации. Отмечено, что введение экологической сертификации отвечать требованиям мирового сообщества, потребностям потребителя в получении безвредной продукции для собственного здоровья, а также будет способствовать охране окружающей среды.
