Взгляд на развитие менеджмента

Abstract

Показана преемственность известных концепций менеджмента, рассмотрены факторы повышения производительности каждой концепции. Произведено сравнение концепций по различным аспектам. Рассматривается также методика тестирования, позволяющая определить степень приверженности респондентов той или иной концепции менеджмента. Конечная цель исследования разработать рекомендации для учебного процесса по управленческим дисциплинам.

Various concepts of management are considered in their logical sequence. A technology of testing managers on their adherence to cera-tin concept is suggested. Recommendations on managerial education process are formulated.
