In article the control system of the state services of the region is considered: dynamics of development of a network of the multipurpose centers and the provided types of state services, an assessment of efficiency of their granting. Problems in this sphere are revealed and the directions of development of public nature of management of process of providing state services are offered.
В статье рассматривается система управления государственными услугами региона: динамика развития сети МФЦ и предоставляемых видов госуслуг, оценка эффективности их предоставления. Выявлены пробелы в данной сфере и предложены направления развития публичного характера управления процессом предоставления госуслуг.
