Abstract

This paper studied the effect of motor-evacuation disorders of the stomach on the quality of life of patients with hypertension. 90 patients with mean age 44.5±1.2 years have been examined. There have been conducted the collection of medical history, anthropometric study, fibrogastroduodenoscopy and ultrasonography of the stomach, blood pressure measurement, evaluation of the quality of life in these patients. It has been established that the presence of comorbid disease significantly reduces the quality of life in these patients according to the total indices of physical and mental health

В данной статье изучено влияние моторно-эвакуаторных нарушений желудка на качество жизни пациентов с артериальной гипертонией. Обследовано 90 пациентов, средний возраст 44,5±1,2 года. Проведен сбор анамнеза, антропометрическое исследование, фиброгастродуоденоскопия и ультразвуковое исследование желудка, измерение артериального давления, оценка качества жизни у данных пациентов. Установлено, что наличие коморбидной патологии, достоверно снижает качество жизни таких пациентов по суммарным показателям физического и психического здоровья
