Abstract

This article deals with such actual questions as formation of the inherent conviction of a judge on such a level of the court examination as pleadings of sides. The author shows that the court is of the decisive importance of the resolution of a sentence in connection with a criminal case and the court is obligated to use all the means of proving, which are specified in the CPC RF. Рассмотрен актуальный вопрос формирования внутреннего убеждения судьи на таком этапе судебного разбирательства, как прения сторон. Автор указывает, что суд играет решающую роль в постановлении приговора по уголовному делу, и обязан использовать весь арсенал средств доказывания, предусмотренных УПК РФ. Рассматриваются особенности прений сторон в процессе доказывания по уголовному делу и отдельные аспекты, которые составляют эту процедуру
