This article deals with such actual questions as formation of the inherent conviction of a judge on such a level of the court examination as pleadings of sides. The author shows that the court is of the decisive importance of the resolution of a sentence in connection with a criminal case and the court is obligated to use all the means of proving, which are specified in the CPC RF.
