Подходы к определению понятия правовой стимул

Abstract

The article concerns the issues regarding the approaches towards the definition of legal stimulus, its characteristic features and specificities of stimulating means of legal influence, forms of its manifestation and the criteria for efficiency evaluation of legal stimulation. Based upon the study the author offers his own definition of legal stimulus.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с исследованием подходов к определению понятия правовой стимул, его признаков, особенностей средств правового воздействия стимулирующего характера, форм проявления, а также критериев результативности правового стимулирования. На основании исследования предлагается авторское определение правового стимула.
