The article analyzes the politics of supervising of the Tsar's apanage in the North of European Russia. The author demonstrates its positive influence on the improvement of cattle-breeding and farming, prevention of epidemics and increasing of the peasants' literacy. But he also proves the impossibility of fundamental positive changes in the Tsar's apanage by the domination of feudalism.

Анализируется политика попечительства удельного ведомства. Выявляется её позитивное влияние на улучшение породности крестьянского рогатого скота и огородничества, предотвращение различных эпидемий, повышение уровня грамотности крестьян. При этом акцентируется внимание на невозможности коренных позитивных изменений в удельной деревне в условиях господства феодальных отношений.
