Природа и эволюция чеченского кризиса

Abstract

В статье на основе историко-политологического анализа исследованы основные объективные причины возникновения чеченского конфликта в конце ХХ века, отмечены его особенности. Отражены причины возникновения кризисных ситуаций в постсоветский период, теоретические вопросы, связанные с государственным федеративным развитием, выявлены проблемы и пути их решения. Рассматриваются внутриполитический аспект актуальности проблемы самоопределения народов для современной России, характерные реальные политические процессы формирования взаимоотношений разного уровня и масштаба. Выявляется роль принципа самоопределения как международно-правового института в процессе правового объективирования политических прав этнических групп.
