Конституция Бремена 1849 г. : история принятия и основные положения

Abstract

Статья посвящена конституционному развитию Бремена в 1848-1854 годах. В статье обоснована необходимость изучения Конституции Бремена 1849 г. В ней говорится о том, как проходила в Бремене революция, начавшаяся в 1848 г. В статье рассматривается влияние начавшейся в 1848 г. революции на историю конституционализма Бремена. Результатом этой революции стало принятие в 1849 г. в Бремене либеральной конституции. В статье раскрыто основное содержание данной конституции: рассматриваются разделы, которые ее составляют, обозначены некоторые принципы, которые положены в ее основу. Охарактеризован раздел, посвященный правам и свободам. Рассмотрена организация власти. Очерчен круг полномочий Сената и Парламента. В статье дана оценка Конституции Бремена 1849 г.
