Abstract

The given article considers periodization of the Russian grain market formation stages and the each stage characterization in terms of the state regulation of the processes taking place in the agricultural sector of the economy and the grain market in particular. The authors report on some regulatory acts concerning relationships among the grain market parties at the particular periods of its history. The effect of the state regulating mechanism use has been analyzed with both positive and negative tendencies being traced. A model of the grain market efficient functioning, based on the data researched has been offered

В статье рассматривается периодизация этапов становления зернового рынка России с соответствующей характеристикой государственного регулирования процессов, происходящих в аграрном секторе, в частности на рынке зерна. Освещены некоторые законодательные акты, регулирующие взаимоотношения участников рынка зерна в определенные периоды истории. Проанализированы последствия применения государственных регулирующих механизмов, позволяющие проследить как положительные, так и отрицательные тенденции. На основе изученных данных предложена модель эффективного функционирования зернового рынка.
