Организационно-управленческие аспекты формирования холдинговой компании

Abstract

Theoretical problems are discussed regarding creation of holding company as the central link of management inside of holding group. Holding groups are main type of enterprisers unions within market economy. Motivational factors promoting association processes are analyzed. Conditions are determined for establishing managerial relations between holding company and its daughters companies. Main types of holding companies are introduced. Main factors are demonstrated causing type selection of holding company as well as the level of centralization for managerial functions within the frame of holding company.

В работе рассмотрены теоретические вопросы формирования холдинговой компании как центрального органа управления в холдинге, представляющем собой основную форму предпринимательского объединения в условиях рынка. Приведены мотивационные факторы, способствующие процессам интеграции, и условия формирования управленческих отношений между холдинговой компанией и её дочерними обществами. Показаны основные типы холдинговой компании, а также классифицированы факторы, обусловливающие выбор типа холдинговой компании, и условия, которые определят уровень централизации функций в холдинговой компании.
