Abstract

Оцениваются последствия реорганизации управления железнодорожными перевозками. Высказаны предложения по совершенствованию управления региональным железнодорожным комплексом и оптимизации организационной структуры российских железных дорог.

The authors evaluate the consequences of reorganising management of rail transportation, and make proposals for improving managing regional railway systems and optimising Russian Railways’ organisational structure.
