Исследование размалывающей способности и бумагообразующих свойств хлопковой целлюлозы

Abstract

Проведены лабораторные исследования по определению размалывающей способности в дисковых мельницах и бумагообразующих свойств волокон хлопковой целлюлозы. Определены параметры гидросуспензий хлопковой целлюлозы, полученных при различных параметрах размола, а также фракционный состав по волокну. Это дало возможность установить параметры размола, позволяющие осуществлять одновременно с укорочением и интенсивное фибриллирование волокон хлопковой целлюлозы. Определена зависимость свойств бумаги, получаемой из хлопковой целлюлозы, от параметров ее гидросуспензий.
