Психологический тренинг как механизм регуляции социального поведения студентов

Abstract

The article regards the functions of psychological training, aimed at the formation of inner psychic qualities, which represent the content of psychological culture of students, and at the formation of ability to analyze adequately socio-psychological situations. During the psychological trainings the authors concentrate on the development of new forms of psychological states, behavior firstly in suggested circumstances and then in real situations of everyday life. The authors consider forms of psychological playing trainings.

В статье рассматриваются функции психологического тренинга, которые направлены на формирование внутренних психических качеств, составляющих содержание психологической культуры обучаемых, на формирование способности к адекватному анализу социально-психологических ситуаций. В ходе психологических тренингов сделан упор на выработку новых форм психических состояний, поведения в предлагаемых условиях, а затем в реальных ситуациях повседневной жизни. Рассмотрены конкретные формы игровых психологических тренингов.
