
В статье представлены результаты исследования рисков профессиональной деформации у педагогов, раскрыты особенности психологического микроклимата коллектива, профессионального стресса, особенностей реагирования в конфликтной ситуации как детерминант профессиональных деструкций.
The article presents the results of a study of risks of professional deformation between teachers. Characteristics of staff’spsychological microclimate, occupational stress, response features in a conflict situation as a determinant of professional destruction were disclosed.
