Понятие и сущность криминалистического учения об организации расследования преступлений

Abstract

В статье обозначены теоретические проблемы криминалистического учения об организации расследования преступлений, рассмотрены уголовно-процессуальный, управленческий и криминалистический аспекты организации расследования, Предложено авторское определение понятия «криминалистическое учение об организации расследования преступлений».

The theoretical problems of the criminology theory of organization of crime investigation are outlined; the criminal procedure, managerial and organizational aspects of crime investigation are considered. The author proposes a definition of "criminology doctrine of organizing the investigation of crimes."
