
The article analyzes the concept and essence of investigative information in relation to the identification and detection of corruption crimes of employees of internal affairs bodies. The main ways of implementation of operative research information on signs of corruption crimes committed by employees of internal affairs bodies in the activities of divisions of own safety of the ministry of internal affairs of Russia in modern conditions.
В статье проанализированы понятие и сущность оперативно-разыскной информации применительно к выявлению и раскрытию коррупционных преступлений сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Рассмотрены основные пути реализации оперативно-разыскной информации о признаках коррупционных преступлений, совершаемых сотрудниками органов внутренних дел, в деятельности подразделений собственной безопасности МВД России в современных условиях.
