О принципах клиентоориентированности и доступности банковских услуг при кредитовании

Abstract

The article attempts to understand these situations, knitted bank loans when, at first glance, positive initiatives and proposals are negative the opposite direction, the so-called other side of the coin. We are talking about the widespread system of insurance of bank loans. The article expressed the call to the main bank of the country as a mega-regulator, which should provide only voluntary entry into these relationships. Also in the paper we present arguments regarding the industry sector this problem: there are relations regulated and civil law and financial law.

В статье предпринята попытка разобраться в ситуациях, связанных с банковским кредитованием, когда, на первый взгляд, позитивные начинания и предложения имеют негативную обратную сторону, т.н. иную сторону медали. Речь идет о распространившейся системе страхования банковских кредитов. Высказывается призыв к главному банку страны как к мегарегулятору, который должен обеспечить только добровольный характер вступления в данные отношения; приводятся доводы относительно отраслевой принадлежности данной проблематики.
