Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of the need to develop approaches to improve the organization of counter doubtful transit operations in the cluster. The aim of the study is to develop a methodological approach to the examination of transactions on the bank accounts of participants of the cluster-based simulation game. Solves the problem of clarifying the contents of the transit suspicious transactions, the development of the business game for use in the examination of the scheme of non-cash flows in the cluster, forming recommendations on the organization of the internal risk control cluster goodwill. Conducting business game implemented within the learning process with the students of the Siberian Institute of Management. Results of the study can be used participants created and planned the creation of clusters to build and improve the system of counteraction doubtful transit operations through the organization with expertise conducting business games for situations as close as possible to the real activity.

В статье рассматриваются актуальные методы противодействия сомнительным транзитным операциям в кластере. Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода к экспертизе операций по банковским счетам участников кластера на основе игрового имитационного моделирования. Решаются задачи уточнения содержания транзитных сомнительных операций, разработки деловой игры для применения в экспертизе схемы безналичных денежных потоков в кластере, формирования рекомендаций по организации внутреннего кластерного контроля за риском деловой репутации. Проведение деловой игры реализовано в рамках учебного процесса со студентами Сибирского института управления филиала РАНХиГС при Президенте России. Результаты исследования могут использоваться участниками созданных и планируемых к созданию кластеров для построения и совершенствования системы противодействия сомнительным транзитным операциям посредством организации экспертизы с проведением деловых игр для ситуаций, максимально приближенных к реальной деятельности.
