Abstract

The paper discusses results of experimental investigation of aerodynamic hysteresis of airflow in airfoil cascade in Aerolab Education Wind Tunnel. Authors developed an empirical mathematical model for prediction of compressor characteristics in rotating stall with account for stall margin hysteresis. The dynamic characteristic is calculated using developed model. Stall margin and stall suppression curve are plotted on dynamic characteristic. Some recommendations for appliance of developed models and methods are presented in the paper.
