Abstract

В работе рассматриваются острые вопросы применения уголовно-процессуальных норм, возникающие в практической деятельности должностных лиц, поддерживающих государственное обвинение, и их связь с теорией. Основными моментами являются анализ коллизий норм отраслей права, обеспечивающих функционирование уголовно-процессуальных норм, и попытка определения принципов их взаимодействия. Освещается возможность рассмотрения вопросов процессуальной ответственности как особого вида юридической ответственности. Особое внимание уделяется соотношению теоретического и практического аспектов деятельности
