Дифференцированная деятельность студентов как системообразующий фактор управления качеством профессионального обучения

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема выбора и обоснования системообразующего фактора управления качеством профессионального обучения. Системообразующий фактор представлен как необходимое условие, обеспечивающее соответствие образовательного результата требованиям-целям, детерминированным компетентностным подходом и ориентированным на удовлетворение потребностей заказчиков образовательных услуг. На основе анализа сущностных особенностей процесса обучения, связанных с его деятельностным и личностно-ориентированным характером, открытостью и взаимосвязью с внешней средой, определяется системообразующий фактор управления качеством профессионального обучения дифференцированная самостоятельная учебная деятельность студентов.The article deals with the problem of choosing and substantiating the systemforming factor of professional training quality management. The system-forming factor is presented as a necessary condition providing the conformity of the educational result to the purposes determined by the competence approach and focused on satisfying the requirements of the customers of educational services. Based on the analysis of the essential features of the training process related to its activity and individually-oriented character, openness and interrelation with the environment, the system-forming factor of professional training quality management is determined as the students differentiated independent learning.
