Abstract

Course introduction of a cowberry dry extract on a background of experimental glomerulonephritis renders expressed nephroprotective influence characterizing by reduction of expressiveness of destructive changes in nephrones, normalization of parameters of a kidneys functional condition and blood lipid spectrum, inhibition of free-radical processes and increase of organism antioxidative protection.

Курсовое введение экстракта сабельника болотного на фоне экспериментального гломерулонефрита оказывает выраженное нефропротекторное влияние, характеризующееся уменьшением выраженности деструктивных изменений в нефронах, нормализацией показателей функционального состояния почек, липидного спектра крови, ингибированием свободнорадикальных процессов и повышением антиоксидантной защиты организма.
