This article analyzes trends in the formation of powers of prosecutors at the pretrial stage of criminal proceedings. The article gives an analysis of controlling and supervisory powers of the Public Prosecution Ser-vice bodies and the Head of Investigatory office. The ways of improvement of this kind of procedural activity are proposed.

В статье анализируются тенденции формирования полномочий прокуроров на досудебных стадиях уголовного судопроизводства, контрольно-надзорные полномочия органов прокуратуры и руководителя следственного органа. Предлагаются пути совершенствования данного вида процессуальной деятельности.
