Abstract

В статье анализируются вопросы, связанные с терминологией, которая характеризует состояние преступности, а также употребляется в ходе оперативно-служебной деятельности органов внутренних дел.

The paper examines the issues of conceptual apparatus related to the terminology which characterize criminal situation and operative-service activity of internal affairs agencies.
