Abstract

Исследованы процессы намагничивания и концентрационные зависимости действительной и мнимой частей комплексной магнитной проницаемости на частоте 50 МГц многослойных гетерогенных систем на основе композитов (Co 40Fe 40B 20) X(SiO 2) 100-X. Установлено, что циклическое напыление композитов в атмосфере аргона и аргона с добавлением кислорода позволяет получить многослойную гетерогенную пленку с более высокими значениями магнитной проницаемости после порога перколяции, чем у композитов, полученных в среде аргона

The processes of magnetization and concentration dependence of the real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability at 50 MHz multi-heterogeneous systems based on composites (Co 40Fe 40B 20) X (SiO 2) 100-X. Found that cyclic deposition of composites in argon and argon with the addition of oxygen provides a heterogeneous multi-layer film with higher permeability after the percolation threshold than the composites produced in argon
