Особенности клинико-эпидемиологической и медико-социальной ситуации по ВИЧ-инфекции в Приморском крае

Abstract

Проведено изучение особенностей клинико-эпидемиологической и медико-социальной ситуации по ВИЧ-инфекции в Приморском крае на основании анализа карт амбулаторного пациента, медицинских карт стационарного больного, медицинских карт родов и новорожденных. При этом осуществлен ретроспективный и проспективный анализ медицинской документации. Статистический анализ проводился с использованием параметрических критериев (t-критерий Стьюдента). Выявлена высокая поражённость ВИЧ-инфекцией и рост числа новых случаев среди трудоспособного населения края в возрасте 20–40 лет, рост полового пути передачи ВИЧ-инфекции. Среди обследованных лиц, обращающихся на анонимное дои после-тестовое консультирование отмечено преобладание мужчин в возрастной группе от 21 до 30 лет. Одновременно ежегодно среди выявленных ВИЧ-инфицированных растет удельный вес женщин, причем соотношение между женщинами и мужчинами составляет 1:1,1. На протяжении последних лет увеличивается доля женщин детородного возраста. У ВИЧ+ беременных, употреблявших наркотики, отмечена более высокая частота соматической патологии и заболеваний, передающихся половым путем, а у новорожденных от ВИЧ позитивных женщин – признаки внутриутробной гипотрофии, анемии, врожденные пороки развития и неврологические нарушения различной степени тяжести.

A study of characteristics of clinico-epidemiological and medico-social situation of HIV infection in the Primorsky region on the basis of the analysis of ambulatory patient card, medical card, medical card patients in hospital births and newborn. Identified high HIV-infection attack and an increase in the number of new cases among the working population in the province at the age of 20–40 years, an increase in sexual transmission of HIV. Among those surveyed, traded on anonymous before and after-test counselling noted the preponderance of men in the age group of 21 to 30 years. At the same time every year among the identified HIV-infected women is growing, with the ratio of women to men is 1: 1.1. In recent years, a growing proportion of women of childbearing age. In HIV + pregnant, addicted to drugs, the higher the frequency of somatic pathology and sexually transmitted infections, and neonatal HIV positive women signs of fetal malnutrition, anemia, congenital malformations and neurological disorders of varying degrees of severity.
