Анализ научных подходов к определению сущности целеполагания и его роль в процессе управления

Abstract

Having analyzed scientific approaches to defining the concept “objective” the authors formulated their own treatment of the term under consideration. In the paper the authors look at the functions of objectives and systematize approaches to their classification. In addition, the article examines scientific approaches to the understanding of goal setting and presents the authorial treatment of it as well. Needs, interests and strategic intentions are identified as sources of objectives; criteria of efficient goal setting are listed.

На основе анализа научных подходов к определению понятия «цель» сформировано авторское определение термина. Рассматриваются функции целей в процессе управления, систематизируются подходы к их классификации. Анализируются научные подходы к пониманию процесса целеполагания, дается авторская трактовка целеполагания. В качестве источников целей выделяются потребности, интересы и стратегические намерения, определяются критерии эффективности постановки целей.
