Abstract

The main problem discussed in the issue is the phenomenon of communicative discomfort in the cross-cultural situation of business communication. The results of the analysis of subordinates'' speech reactions strategies on chief''s jokes in cross-cultural business dialogue are given in the issue.

В статье рассматривается феномен коммуникативного дискомфорта в деловом общении в ситуации межкультурной коммуникации. В статье представлены результаты исследования, посвященного изучению стратегий реагирования подчиненных на шутку начальника в межкультурном (русско-китайском) деловом диалоге.
