ПОЛУПРОМЫШЛЕННЫЕ ИСПЫТАНИЯ ГИДРОМЕТАЛЛУРГИЧЕСКОЙ ПЕРЕРАБОТКИ ТОНКОИЗМЕЛЬЧЕННОГО УПОРНОГО ЗОЛОТОСУЛЬФИДНОГО ФЛОТОКОНЦЕНТРАТА

ПОЛУПРОМЫШЛЕННЫЕ ИСПЫТАНИЯ ГИДРОМЕТАЛЛУРГИЧЕСКОЙ ПЕРЕРАБОТКИ ТОНКОИЗМЕЛЬЧЕННОГО УПОРНОГО ЗОЛОТОСУЛЬФИДНОГО ФЛОТОКОНЦЕНТРАТА

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the integrated tests of the technology based on the use of ultra-fine pre-grinding and hydrometallurgical processing with subsequent cyanidation of flotation concentrate that is highly resistant to cyanidation. The total cost of electrical energy consumed under grinding the flotation concentrate to 10 microns on a semi-industrial bead mill are determined. The optimum lime-oxygen processing mode allowing to oxidize sulfide sulfur up to 43.3%, to improve gold recovery in the subsequent cyanidation from 52 to 82.2%, as well as significantly reduce NaCN consumption has been selected. On the basis of the cost-benefit analysis the feasibility of the chosen processing scheme of refractory sulfide concentrate from one of the fields in the Russian Federation has been determined.

Приведены результаты укрупненных испытаний технологии, основанной на применении предварительного ультратонкого помола и гидрометаллургической обработке с последующим цианированием флотоконцентрата с высокой степенью упорности по отношению к цианистому процессу. Определены суммарные затраты электроэнергии при измельчении флотоконцентрата до 10 мкм на полупромышленной бисерной мельнице. Выбран оптимальный режим известково-кислородной обработки, обеспечивающий окисление сульфидной серы до 43,3% и позволяющий повысить извлечение золота при последующем цианировании с 52 до 82,2%, а также кратно сократить расход NaCN. На основании технико-экономических расчетов определена целесообразность выбранной схемы переработки упорного сульфидного флотоконцентрата одного из месторождений РФ.
