Abstract

Th e arterial hypertension oft en meets among the population of Mongolia and is one of principal causes of development of cardiovascular complications and death rates from them. Th e pharmacoeconomical analysis of treatment for artheriol hypertensive desease is done by method of Cost-Eff ectiveness according to, WHO (developed by Tan. Torres Edejer, R.Baltussen, T.Adam, R.Hutubessy, A.Acharya. D.B.Evans, C.J.L.Murray etc.). It is shown, that the combined treatment (inhibitors of Angiotensin converting enzyme + diuretic + ƒ-adrenoreceptor antagonist) was the most eff ective on a parameter Cost-effi ciency.

Артериальная гипертония часто встречается среди населения Монголии и является одной из основных причин развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений и смертности от них. Фармакоэкономические исследования лечения артериальной гипертонии проводились по методу Стоимость-эффективность, рекомендованному ВОЗ (разработанному Tan.Torres Edejer, R. Baltussen, T. Adam, R. Hutubessy, A. Acharya. D.B. Evans, C.J.L. Murray и др.). Показано, что комбинированное лечение (ингибиторы ангиотензин-превращающего фермента + диуретики + ƒ-адреноблокаторы) являлось самым эффективным по показателю Стоимость эффективность.
