Abstract

In the work there has been investigated the influence of traditional and extracorporal antibiotical therapy on the indices of immunity and laboratory data of the patients with pneumonia on the background of infectious endocarditis, associated with HIV infection. The use extracorporal pharmacological therapy (ECPТ) in the complex therapy of bacterial endocarditis, associated with HIV infection, promotes the course of infectious process without signs of immunodeficit. In the use of ECPТ more rapid recovery of both laboratory and clinical indices in the course of pneumonia in the patients with bacterial endocarditis, associated with HIV infection, take place.
