Социальные аспекты профессиональной подготовки сотрудников ФСБ России

Abstract

The article deals with special features of social functions of the Russian FSS personnel’s professional training, depending on the specifics of national security, social and political conditions of the social development and providing interaction of socialization and professionalization of the individual. Herewith the main focus is on the description of the social environment factors promoting transformations in the national security sphere. The author studies national, economic, legal, cultural, psychological, research and educational aspects of the professional training of the officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia.

В статье рассматриваются особенности социальных функций профессиональной подготовки сотрудников ФСБ России, зависящие от особенностей национальной безопасности, социальнополитических условий развития общества и обеспечивающих взаимодействие социологизации и профессионализации личности. При этом главное внимание уделено характеристикам факторов социальной среды, способствующих преобразованию в сфере обеспечения национальной безопасности. Анализируются национальные, экономические, правовые, культурологические, психологические и научно-образовательные аспекты профессиональной подготовки сотрудников ФСБ России.
