Коррупция как социальное явление: историко-философские и политологические аспекты мировой мысли и практики

Abstract

In the article corruption as one of the centuries-old social phenomena is considered. Corruption is not only a form of empirical mutual enrichment in personal interests, but also a substratum of professional activity in the sphere of public policy. At various stages of historical development of statehood, since the antique period and to the present, the mankind exposed its anti-state and illegal character. The author analyzes historic facts, the political, philosophical and sociological sources, allowing to reveal the nature and essence of corruption and to show mechanisms of fight against it.

В статье коррупция рассматривается как одно из многовековых социальных явлений. Коррупция — это не только форма эмпирического взаимообогащения в личных интересах, но и субстрат профессиональной деятельности в сфере публичной политики. На различных этапах исторического развития государственности, начиная с античного периода и до современности, человечество разоблачало ее антигосударственный и нелегальный характер. Автор анализирует исторические факты, политико-философские и социологические источники, позволяющие выявить природу и сущность коррупции и показать механизмы борьбы с ней.
