О соотношении уголовно-процессуальнойи дисциплинарной ответственности адвоката-защитника

Abstract

Рассматривается понятие уголовно-процессуальной ответственности адвоката-защитника. Анализируются позитивный и негативный (ретроспективный) аспекты такой ответственности в их взаимосвязи. Исследуется механизм реализации негативной (ретроспективной) уголовно-процессуальной ответственности через дисциплинарную ответственность адвоката.

Considered the concept of criminal procedure responsibility of the defense lawyer. Analyzes the positive and negative (retrospective) aspects of this responsibility in their relationship. Investigate the mechanism of realization of negative (retrospective) criminal procedure liable to disciplinary action by a lawyer.
