Abstract

Islamic world is going through a very difficult period in its history, the political expression of which in the recent years has become the Arab Spring. The explosion of protest movements in the last 4 5 years did not pass most of the Arab world. However, Morocco has managed to avoid a revolution. A flexible and skillful policy of the monarch and his court made it possible to overcome the political crisis. The significant role played by the adoption of a new constitution, as well as measures to strengthen cooperation between the authorities of the state and political parties of the country.
