Abstract

Patients having cervical neoplasia, induced by human papilloma virus with underlying different treatment methods, indicators of immunity are practically balanced except regulatory populations. Just the quantity of theophylline-resistant and theophylline-sensitive T-cells in IA group of patients (receiving specific vaccine Cervarix and local treatment) approaches to indicators of control group, helper function of T-lymphocytes is activated whereas suppressor function of T-lymphocytes has a tendency to depression. This is certified dominant efficiency of associated therapy for cervical neoplasia induced by human papilloma virus. Patients having cervical neoplasia demonstrated prolyferactive response of T-helpers cells in reply to associated therapy. Polyferaction of T-helpers cells can generate specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) capable to resolve diseases associated by human papilloma virus.
