Abstract

In 1990s-2000s, the new stage in studying of workers of pre-revolutionary Russia began. Researchers concentrated attention on the following problems: drawing up an extensive database by creation "Chronicles of labour movement in Russia in 1895-1917" and on its basis studying all variety of forms of the labour conflicts. The integrated studying of various indicators of a working protest, factors of social, politic, economic development of Russia with application of quantitative methods of research. Studying structural, high-quality shifts as a part of working class. Return of attention to questions of material and household position of workers. The analysis of variety of operating conditions through a prism of creation of incentives to work. Fixed studying of legislative regulation of the labor relations in pre-revolutionary Russia. Analysis of psychology, mass consciousness of workers, research of difficult system of their relationship with businessmen. Workers began to be considered as the subject of multi-party politic and public life in pre-revolutionary Russia.

В 1990-е 2000-е гг. начался новый этап в изучении рабочих дореволюционной России. Исследователи сосредоточили внимание на следующих проблемах: составление обширной базы данных путем создания «Хроники рабочего движения в России в 1895-1917 гг.» и на ее основе изучение всего многообразия форм трудовых конфликтов; интегрированное изучение разнообразных показателей рабочего протеста, факторов социального, политического, экономического развития России с применением количественных методов исследования; изучение структурных, качественных сдвигов в составе рабочего класса; возвращение внимания к вопросам материально-бытового положения рабочих; анализ многообразия условий жизни рабочих сквозь призму создания стимулов к труду; пристальное изучение законодательного регулирования трудовых отношений в дореволюционной России; анализ психологии, массового сознания рабочих, исследование сложной системы их взаимоотношений с предпринимателями; рабочие стали рассматриваться и как субъект многопартийной политической и общественной жизни в дореволюционной России.
