Клинико-эпидемиологический анализ туберкулеза среди детей

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ основного эпидемиологического туберкулеза среди детей. Выявленный тяжелый патоморфоз туберкулеза, высокие уровни инфицированности и высокий удельный вес гиперергических реакций на туберкулин среди детей свидетельствуют о несовершенстве сложившейся в настоящее время системы по своевременному выявлению заболевания. Предлагается необходимость восстановления оправданных годами плановых ежегодных обследований детей с помощью внутрикожной пробы Манту с 2ТЕ и контроль над обязательными флюоросмотрами детей 12 летнего возраста, а также улучшение клинической диагностики туберкулеза у детей в общей педиатрической сети.

Main epidemiological profiles on tuberculosis in the children in South Kazakhstan oblast analyzed in this paper, about 2008-2012 years. Course of tuberculosis process during last years is characterized by decrease of tuberculosis incidence from 13.5 to 6.5 per 100 000,0 adolescents, there has been a quantitative modification to the proportion of all epidemiologi hazardous forms of tuberculosis and complicated by extrapulmonary tuberculosis.
