Abstract

Представлен случай успешного хирургического лечения редкой формы множественного постинфарктного дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки с расслоением и постинфарктной аневризмой, сформировавшегося в 9-недельный период после инфаркта миокарда у женщины 47 лет.

A case of successful treatment of a rare form of postinfarction ventricular septal defect presented as dissection and ventricular septal aneurysm in a 47-year female during 9-week follow-up is described.
