Структурно-метаболические нарушения в гистаминергических нейронах гипоталамуса крыс при 20-суточном подпеченочном холестазе и их коррекция урсофальком

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the structural and metabolic alterations in the histaminergic neurons of the brain on the 20th day of cholestasis and their correction with ursofalk. The changes of the size, the shape and disturbance of some enzymes in cytoplasm of the histaminergic neurons (subgroups E2) of rat's hypothalamus, are established, ursofalk decreasing these changes.

Цель данного исследования заключалась в определении структурных и метаболических изменений в гистаминергических нейронах мозга крысы на 20 сутки холестаза и при коррекции урсофальком. Установлены изменения размеров и формы, нарушение активности некоторых ферментов в цитоплазме гистаминергических нейронов ядра Е2 гипоталамуса крыс. Урсофалькуменьшает выраженность этих изменений.
