Обеспечение безопасности дорожного движения на основе методики ранжирования регионов

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены подгруппы статистических показателей, учитывающих уровень дорожной аварийности; затронуты актуальные аспекты методики оценки эффективности системы обеспечения БДД по экономическим показателям; проведено ранжирование муниципальных образований Орловской области и районов г. Орла по методу средних рангов; предложен алгоритм ранжирования территорий по уровню БДД (уровню дорожной аварийности) и сделаны выводы по уровню обеспечения БДД в регионе на основе сопоставления индикаторов дорожной аварийности.

In the article the subgroup statistics, taking into account the level of road accidents; affected important aspects of methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the system to ensure traffic safety on economic indicators, ranging of municipalities and districts of Orel method middle ranks, ranking algorithm territories in terms of road safety (level road accidents) and draw conclusions in terms of ensuring road safety in the region based on a comparison of indicators of road accidents.
